By downloading or purchasing yankd you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use it.

Licence

The yankd core is licensed under AGPL-3.0; the source is public and you may use, modify and redistribute it under those terms. Paid tiers unlock proprietary features governed by the EULA.

Payment

Sales are processed by our merchant of record, who acts as reseller and handles applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel any time and access continues to the end of the paid period.

Warranty and liability

Provided "as is" without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

Material changes are announced on this page and by email to licence holders at least 30 days ahead.
