30 days, no questions

Any paid tier, refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. Email support@dfacto.ai from the address you bought with. We do not ask why.

Why the trial exists

Paid tiers carry a 14-day free trial with no card required, so most people never need this policy. It is here for the cases the trial did not surface.

After 30 days

• Subscriptions: cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate part months.
• Perpetual licences: outside 30 days, considered case by case. If the software does not do what this site says it does, you get your money back.
• Team plans: per the agreement.

Processing

Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
