End User Licence Agreement

Two licences, one application

• Core — AGPL-3.0. Source at GitHub. Use, study, modify, redistribute under those terms.
• Pro and Team features — proprietary, licensed to you under this agreement.

What you may do

Install and use the paid features on the number of devices your tier allows, for as long as your licence is valid. A perpetual licence remains valid for the major version line it was purchased in.

What you may not do

• Share, resell or publish your licence token.
• Circumvent the licence check in a distributed build. Doing so in your own build from source is permitted by the AGPL — we simply will not support it.
• Remove attribution from redistributed copies of the core.

Device limits are advisory

Verification is a local signature check, so limits are not technically enforced. We state this rather than implying an enforcement we do not have. Please respect them.

Termination

This licence ends if you materially breach it. The AGPL-licensed core is unaffected — it cannot be revoked.
